When and How do you deliver?

I try to get all book boxes shipped by the 10th of the month, but there may be a delay due to Covid-19 causing delivery issues. You should receive your book box by the end of month if not sooner. I can't guarantee a date - sorry.

I use Sendle to send my packages as they offer 100% carbon neutral deliveries. When your order is shipped you'll get an email with a tracking number.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Sorry, but no. I also can't deliver to Parcel lockers. You can put either your home or work address for delivery.

If no one is there to sign for it the driver will leave it in a safe place. If there isn't a safe place the driver will take it to a local collection point - usually a close by newsagency or petrol station.

You'll have 5 days to collect your parcel otherwise it will be returned to me.

How much does postage cost?

Postage is Free. The cost of postage is included in the price of your book box so there are no nasty surprises at checkout.

Do you ship Internationally?

No, currently I only ship our boxes within Australia. This may change in the future as my business grows.

Do I get to find out which titles are included in my subscription?

No you don't - it would ruin the surprise. But if you hate surprises, follow my Instagram page. A few days before the cut off date (28th of the month) we'll share a reveal post.

But shhh - don't tell anyone who would prefer to keep it as a surprise :)

Can I select which books I get in my boxes?

If you would like to create a personally tailored box, reach out to me via my contact form and we can chat about it.

What happens if I already own the book?

Sometimes great minds think alike. If you already own the book I’ll happily exchange it for another as long as it is still in a brand new condition.

Just follow the simple steps in our Return Policy.

Also, just so we’re clear, this doesn’t apply to books you may have read before, only to books you own. Unfortunately, I can’t swap those or I’d go out of business.

All of our books are recently published (within the last 3 months) so hopefully, this won’t happen.

When will I be charged?

Your first payment will occur on the day you purchase the product. Assuming you maintain your subscription and don't choose to cancel it (I hope you don't) then you will be charged on the 28th of each month following.

How can I change my address if I move?

You can update your existing shipping address from the Shipping Tab in the customer portal.

1. Login to you customer portal.

2. Click on Shipping. This will display all the shipping addresses on your account.

3. Clicking the link on an address will allow you to edit it. Or click the Add Address button to add a brand new one.

How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage all elements of your subscription through your customer portal. This includes:

1. Editing your Address.

2. Pausing your subscription or Skipping the next delivery.

3. Cancelling your subscription.

4. Changing to a different subscription box.

I'm buying this as a gift. Can I include a message for the person I'm send it to?

I love including personal messages and cards with the boxes. You can leave a note in the cart at checkout or contact me via the Contact Form.
